Crockpot Kalua Pork

  • 1 4-6 pound pork shoulder (also called a butt roast) 
  • ▢1 tablespoon liquid smoke 
  • ▢1 tablespoon Himalayan pink salt (or regular salt)

Cook in crockpot on low for 20 hours (is edible after 10 hours, but 20 is lovely)
